Не мога да заспя....Прекалено много мисли и прекалено много страх са сковали съзнанието и сърцето ми. Имам усещането, че наближава края на света. А нямам лошо предчувствие за днешния ден, дори напротив, оптимист съм. Най-вероятно просто съм объркана, лутам се между надеждата и отчаянието. Старая се да не залитна прекалено много нито към едното, нито към другото. Знам само, че не мога да избегна болката. Може би, щеше да ми е по-лесно, ако аз бях там – на твоето място. Доста налудничево звучи! Полудявам ли?. След като мисълта за най-лошия сценарий ме ужасява и знам, че няма да го приема. Не мога да си представя да те загубя. Как да се откажа от едно от най-светлите неща в живота ми!? Ти си ми нужен и двамата сте ми нужни. Иска ми се да мога да ви отведа на края на света, където нито една човешка гадост няма да ви достигне. Сега разбирам ,че любовта не е само една силна топлина в сърцето, а и гняв, сълзи, болка ,смелост и сила. Надявам се заради вас да опазя оптимизма си, а смелостта и силата да оставя за тежките битки. Вие сте ми дали такъв пример, трябва да съумея да го последвам.

Sorry, my English (or better my knowlage of law expressions) is too bad for this, I fear:..

What does mean 2,5 years conditional sentence..., 5 years probational sentence???

Does it mean that he was sentenced to 2,5 years, but that he does not have to go to prison because they suspended it to 5 years probation???

As i know 5 years probation means time which he will be under the control..if it's correct to say...if Max does something criminal during this 5 year time he will get the effective sentence for 2,5 years...I hope i explained it right...

O.K.: That´s in this article:
- Maxim has topay 90.000 Leva to the parents of the dead Peter Petrov.
- Besides he has to pay 80.000 Leva to Manuela Gorsova.
- Maxim will have to pay as well the lawsuit expenses (ca. 10.000 Leva).
- He is not allowed to drive a car for the next four years.
- The father of Manuela will make a second process against Max for an enormous sum...

But: The judgement can be challenged in 15 days term.

So we can be sure on 14. February 2008 that he is really free!!!! (If I translated right. I don´t want to spread rumours...)

I hope nothing will change and nothing become worse...
(Now Max should be more careful (5 years of probation)).
It will be the hugest present for the Valentine Day!

For me the only thing that counts at the moment is that he is free (and I hope he will stay!).. That´s what I always hoped, and that´s what I tried to fight here for...

I hope they won´t affect the judging... It would help nobody. Somewhere in the Bulgarian forum, some time ago, Hrisi (our Bulgarian law student ) wrote that in Bulgaria ca. 60.000 Leva are the usual sentence in Bulgaria in cases similar to Maxims. Maxim is sentenced higher. Therefore I don´t think they will affect the sentence... (but that´s only my personal meaning...)...

Finally Maxim has to pay about 137 000 EUR.

Claim of Manuela's father for 1 mln EUR is again rejected. This instead is 40 000 EUR.

Total is 137 000 EUR

Somehow we seem to have a confusion in the high of the sum he has to pay... I found other numbers than you...

90.000 Leva (for Peter Petrov) + 80.000 Leva (for Manuela)+ 10.000 Leva (lawsuit expenses) = 180.000 Leva

This makes nearly 90.000 €... (or exactly 92.032,54 Euros...)
