European Figure Skating Championships 2007

Tomas skated wonderful!!! woooow, he was so much better than last year!! but the "third Andrei" was really nice, Andrei and Sergei aren't placed that high so I hope he will continue skating well!!!! Even though Mishin said he wasn't happy with a 5th place for his pupil.

Brian made kind of fall on his quad so he hadn't a combination jump at all. I actually didn't like his SP, he isn't very elegant there, just fast and fighting....

I am very happy for 'our Kev' being 4th, he did quite well and finally all his whole program was clean!!!

can't wait for tango tomorrow!!!!

I have just found out that Savchenko got only 3 points less than TotMars got at the Olympics last year

Oh.my.God. I think that I will feel depressed. Brian only second... I have read that Tomas skated better, so no problem for me of course, but I'm a bit disappointed.
I hope that Brian will do 2 quads in his free, it will be fab ! Without mistakes of course .

And Alban... he can't stay at this 6th place. He was already 6th last year so I hope he will do better this year.

I'm very surprised about Dobrin, I was sure he will be the best Russian.

Don't worry, Marina!!! Brian has a very strong FS. I have never seen him skate it badly! So, I'm sure that he will be able to move into first. I want him to win, too!!! I like Tomas, so I was happy for him... Buuuut, Brian is the one I want to win!

Well... I.love.Aliona.and.Robin. They remind me Tania & Max. They are very beautiful, perfect program, technic and artistic... Wow ! Their victory is just obvious, I like that.
I love their outfits, especially Aliona's dress . And... I don't know what to add, I'm still under the spell

The Polish pair impressed me much. I find them better than Masha & Lesha. More full of life, and their lifts are wonderful.

As for Julia & Serguei, I'm very very disappointed. Why don't they skate properly, without mistakes ?!? All the pairs on the podium did something very very good, and them...
I like their program very much, you were right Val ! I like their lifts, especially the last one, when Julia jumps over Serguei head with a split (I don't know how to explain, I hope you see what I'm talking about ).
I like very much Julia's dress, even if I don't like green , but not a lot Serguei's one (too much green on his troussers ).
As for the music, I don't know what to think. I like the first part, but at the end, Carmina Burana without Edvin's violin would be better.

I'm so happy!!!!!!!!! Their programs are so stunning, so gorgeous.. and yesterday... they finally skated without any mistake.. so clean, so beautiful.. I have no words.. 20 points more than Masha & Lesha!!! Aliona & Robin rock!!!!! Congrats to theeeem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In Russian lifejournal figure skating communiy we've been discussing that. Almost everybody agrees that this would be EXTREMELY unfair, but we all know Piceev.....
And there is no Bulgarian judge...

How can the skater, the World champion, skate only for pleasure.. especially when they lack only this very gold medal.. it's their main goal.. it's their dream to win the Europeans.
