Well...french music?!
I can't say that I heard typical french music in a coffee shop or so..But there was a radio station called "Europe 2" and my sister used to listen to this. I loved all the songs that were played there. They played even "Raphael" but I had no idea back then who he is. I had the chance to listen some french bands and I like them, I loved the songs....

As for cd's...I already have one Smile

but I haven't buy it in France. It's a collection of famous "parisian" songs. It's a unique sound. It's like a greek sound, or italian or russian - they all have some special features and special characteristics. I can't explain this, but french songs always had this special "parfume" - it is lovely. lovely heart

Yes, Europe 2 is a very good radio station. I don't listen to the radio very often, but I like Europe 2.

She is not exactly a French - she is born in Israel, one of her parents is Jew, the - other - from Egypt. Later she moved in France. I posted a link somewhere to an article about her, I think it was in the Please find me.
