Ina and Yuri are not competting in FD but good luck to everyone else.

I'm really happy for ALiona & Robin, I like them a lot.
And I'm more than really happy for Dube/Davison !!! They are almost the only North-American skaters that I like, and they are so lovely Thy will be a very good pair, maybe on the Olympic podium in Vancouver.

About dance... I'm really happy for Isabelle & Olivier. Maybe they wil be world champions, finally It would be great ! I wish them good luck, I hope they will skate a great FD !

How fabulous were they? Finally, we got to see "Blower's Daughter" like I knew they could skate it!!! Absolutely beautiful... There are no other words. So much emotion, smoothness, beauty, pose... Aww, I just love them!!!!!! Best skate of the night.

Also, congrats to Aliona & Robin, who I also love. Maybe not so great yesterday though... But they are usually sooo flawless, so the gold is fine. But erm... marks were *a little* too high I found. Still, such a fab season deserves a fab medal!!

ITA , they always had to fight for their titles .As for Isa and Olivier with all my due respect but somehow after their performances i felt gold and not very impresed ,just not my type of champions and yes it looks like the title was arranged from the begining .K/N are one of my favorite but i wish to see someone else on the podium like Federica and Massimo and after B/A CD mistake i prefer Tessa and Scot with silver they totaly deserved it. JMHO nothing personal

I was sooo PO with dance competition and forgot about Jess and Bryce . They skated beautifuly.Next year is going to be even more exiting and succesful for them .

Delobel & Schoenfelder deserve a world title as much as Albie and Max when they were there.

OK, maybe this year it will be easier for Isabelle & Olivier without Dubreuil/Lauzon and Domnina/Shabalin, but don't forget all these years without a world podium, although they deserved it (I think they deserve medals in WC since 2005).

So... if they are world champions today, they deserve it, especially if they don't make mistakes.
They fighted as hard as Albie and Max. To me, Isabelle & Olivier are the most courageous skaters with Albena & Maxim. They believe in them and in a medal, so they stayed in competitions world, even if it was very very hard and often unfair.

For me, their OD is in the top 3 of the best performances yesterday! Awww... you are definitely my friend, Marina!!! mdr! I very much have my fingers crossed for Jess & Bryce for the Olympics. They've improved SO much this season that I think a medal there is possible.

As for dance... Erm... I watched the ODs this morning. No one really wowed me. Isabelle and Olivier were great, but the program didn't move me. Definitely the best of the night technically, though!! But I was really surprised by how much I liked Yana and Sergei!!! Maybe that OD isn't as hard or as polished... but they absolutely put everything into it!!! And I really, really liked that about them. As for Tessa and Scott, their OD was too slow and not as powerful as usual. Weird performance for them. It looked like they wanted it too badly.

Personally, I cannot possibly agree with this statement. In my opinion, Isa and Olivier have been BRILLIANT for season after season with very little reward. Of course, they don't have the passion of a couple like Albena and Maxim. (Such things are not possible afterall!! hehe.) Still, they have a style that I really appreciate, because it's so different and unique. Their programs aren't quite at the emotional level that I'd like, but they very-very-very good anyways! But obviously, this is all a matter of opinion. And definitely not a critism of you for not liking them. Just wanted to add in my 2 cents.
