So... I'm really verrrrry happy that the Europeans has started finally... I'm verry worried about my darling Nath & Fabian who still has problems with his knee and verrry worried & excited for Inka & Yura... Glad they are 24th after the Compulsory, but I really hope they can do better in the OD they can beat two couples more for sure !! Ina is a real hero I'm very proud of her... I were in the airport with her last Saturday to accompany her and she is always wearing a special bandage because of her injury...

As for the Polka's result.. I'm very happy for Isabelle & Olivier (even if I'm a bit mad at Isa, but it's personal, so I have to try to be objective lol), they had a really strong Polka, luved it. I don't agree with Fede & Massimo's 4th place I think they must be behind Nath & Fab and Sinead & John... Sin & John did verrrrrry well !!!!!!!! Deeeeeepest edges ever. lol A bit sad about their 6th place, but still glad that Nath & Fab are ahead of them

Yeah, I wondered about the sixth place of Sinead and John, too . I have the impression that they were stronger than this sixth place, and till now I have not found out, why... I watched it two times now, but...
And I wondered that Domnina / Shabalin scated. Four weeks after the surgery at Maxim´s knee...!
And to the 16. place of our Germans: before the dance they hoped to be under the top ten!!!! No comment from my part to this!!!!!
Besides: I hope the best for Ina and Jury, especially that they will be good enough in the OD to be able to dance their free dance afterwards. Would be great!
But Lerka: Our German commentators said very bad things about Ina... ...that one can not at all see that she´s Albies sister... and that she and Juri will be out after the OD for sure, because they can not skate at all... ... and that she and Juri does not deserve the 24. place ... (And normally I like Hendryk Scharnbergers comments! Normally he´s very professional! ... But here I think he has gone a little bit too far!!!)

Well, but unfortunately I have to agree with him... they are really weak for the moment I mean their skating skills.. and it's true that their Polka wasn't strong at all, but they got THEIR marks... I think their 24th place is fair, 'cause the estonian couple had a fall, soo... + Ina has a serious leg injury, so they could't skate their best... I'm glad they haven't WD and that they decided to participate, beause it's a good experience afterall. And it's nice to see them

Finally I write in this topic altough I enter for the 4th time in the forum after the CD

Bravo, Inka and Yuri! I know they didn't skate well, but of course we can't compare them with most of the other couples!!! I'm glad they'll skate their OD (the music is wonderful) and I hooooppppeee they'll go further and skate their free!

As for the others - Sinead and John should be placed higher Anna and Luca too I haven't seen Isa&Olivier, I'm pretty sure they deserve their 1st place.

And Grebenkina and Azroyan withdraw from the OD because of a injury.

I have to tell that I'm a bit surprised by the French pair. 8th is pretty good for them . It's their first big competition, and they were only the 3rd team in France, after Pla/Bonheur and Canac/Coia. I'm happy for them, I hope they will skate a good FP. If they are in the top 10, France will have 2 pairs next year .
But I'm a bit sad that Canac/Coia aren't here... I'm pretty sure they would had do even better, their level is better.

And Brian Joubert: This was never, never in life a tripple axel ! But the judges accepted it, gave him 10,5 points for it , only minus 3 points deduction! Ridiculous! It was not even a single axel!!!! It was not landed backwards, not landed on the edge at all, but landed with his shoe / boots and with his back !! Judges were blind!!!

Well, the first place of Tomas is absolutely deserved But I can't understand why Brian is before Steph Just can not understand Probably I'm a bit subjective, because I like Steph, but... Anyway, the difference isn't so big. The LP will be verrrry interesting!
