Oh, I'm glad..You have no serious problem than. Maybe it started to hurt because you had this break (for a few weaks). And maybe, it was a bit more effort...to catch up. I'm very happy that it will go away and that you can continue your practice normally

Easier? hehe. Actually, I think it's getting more difficult for me. I probably won't be able to make a final decision for a few weeks. Since, my two lovely injuries have cancelled out all of the rest of my competitions for the year, I am probably getting my routines next month. I was supposed to have a small competition next Sunday, but I cannot risk injuring myself further. Usually, I get my routines in late August and early September. So this is a bit early for me.

I never really took a full break. I was at the gym, even with my sprained ankle. :star: I am almost positive that my hamstring injury came from over-stretching myself. But it isn't serious... and I feel a bit selfish to complain about it, when I know that Lerka's injury is much more serious, than mine.

As long as I don't get a completely choreographed routine and decide that I hate it. One of my closest friends at the club, Amanda (a different one, she retired last year ) used to always decide that she hated her music a week after all of her routines were done. It drove her coach insane.

Yeah, I'll decide eventually... it may take a few weeks, though.

They are fab, aren't they? hehe. No problems, those are my favourite pieces. I am glad that you shared my opinions on them, sestrichka! I played "Barcelona" (and the other 3) for my coach and she thinks I should use it for hoop. She says that I should chose a less difficult piece for clubs. So, I guess that *should* make things easier for me, in theory. No ideas whatsoever for your floor? Let me think about it, sestrichka! And yes, you must keep hoping for next season!

ohh... it is just a pulled hamstring. my sports doctor is concerned that I am having hip and back problems, as well. Fab-u-lous. i had physio this morning, so now i feel a bit better. good enough for training, at any rate. don't worry about it, sestrichka!!! i'll be fine by next season. i would rather get injured, now than next year.

My injury isn't nearly as major as it could be. I am more worried about it now, than I was before. My pulled hamstring is also effecting my right hip and lower back. Ohh... Alex it is so sweet of you to say, you wish you could cure me and Lerochka's problems with a snap of your fingers. I wish it worked like that! I'm doing the best that I can to make the injury go away- using my cream, doing my exercises, going to physio therapy... Thanks for the hugs! :<33: *hugs Alex back*

Yes, rhythmic gymnasts are always getting injured. Usually to their feet or backs, I find are most commen. There always seems to be one girl in the group that I train with who's injured in some way. Last year, I was fairly lucky. A little bit of an ankle injury that didn't last long and the usual aches & pains. This year doesn't seem to be my year.

Thanks. But my knee is actually going back and forth. Sometimes it hurt more, sometimes in hurts less.

Anyhow, I am going to go download the music from The Constant Gardener, now. I watched the movie, last night and the music was very nice. It's a beautiful, moving movie, by the way. I totally recommend it! Sad, though...

The Constant Gardener is one of the few movies that really makes me cry. And gives me a horrible guilt complex.

I cried so much during that movie. And it's completely true, it does give you a horrible guilt complex, after watching it.

The acting in the movie is brilliant, though. I adored Rachel Weisz in it, she does a wonderful performance, in my opinion. Sadly, I cannot find the music to download it. I guess I will keep looking...

I can't write more right now...I saw the movie. You and Grace are right. It is a sad movie, with a very, very strong message!!

I downloaded the entire soundtrack and it didn't have the piece they played during the ending credits. Very disappointing, that music was just gorgeous.
