Here is something funny.Oh,Timur They probably didn't have some complicated lifts , and Tarasova told Timur that for the next performance she would like to see upper lifts.Timur answered,that he'll try but probably will practice with Averbukh because they have to sent Albena to psychiatrist /to overcome her fear i guess/.She obviously is afraid when somebody else /besides Max/ is doing the lifts and can't blame her.Sometimes in the training videos we can see very dangerous falls.I am sure they'll be fine especialy with Max around.

...me too always have a bad feeling when someone besides Max is doing a lift with Albena...

Is it correct that one of the judges was "Peter Tchernyshev" today? Isn´t this the one with which Albena some years ago had the bad "crash" on the ice? Are the low marks from him????

Yes,Petra it,s him.As much as i understood the 5.9 came from Galustian and the some other judge /don't know his name/.Anyway,what happened years ago was just an accident ,bitter maybe ,but still accident and is way behind them .After all they are sportsmens and understand that is a part of the sport .I don't think they have any issues right now,so lets not discuss this .

Albena and Maxim gave the press conference instead of Averbukh who was ill and could not make it...
...and the skating with the children (as far as I understand it ) was immediately afterwards...

Thank you ,Petra. It is so nice to see Albie's cute smile ,Max looks i little bit tired ,probably came right from the rink. The sign behind them says "Thursday with the stars" , if i am not mistaken Petrova and Tikhonov were in this show.

Here is a small report from the event/from the lady with the little boy in the first picture/.

Ну так вот. До последнего объявляли, что будет встреча с Авербухом. Когда народ уже подтянулся к катку сказали, что Авер болен ОРЗ и не приехал, зато приехали молодые звезды ФК Болгарии Албена и Максим. Для меня это был очень приятный сюрприз. Мне очень нравится пара Албены и Тимура Детишек было больше чем на мастер-классе с АНГЕЛОМ и Машей, но сам мастер-класс был совсем коротеньким. В конце они показали три-четыре поддержки в кораблике Макс едет конечно здорово, видно, что им было мало места, каток маленький. На начало вопросов я опаздала, потому что сыночку преспичило в дамскую комнату сходить, но слышала что были вопросы про их партнеров на ЛП. Спросили со скольки лет они занимаются ФК. Макса родители отдали в 4 года, а Албена начала заниматься поздно в 8 лет. До этого она занималась очень популярным в Болгарии на тот момент видом спорта - художественной гимнастикой. потом начала смотреть по телевизору ФК и ей очень понравилось и нравилось её родителям так она и попала в ФК. Сначала была одиночницей, но ей не нравилось, тянуло в парное катание. 11 лет они катаются уже вместе. У Албены ушел из спорта партнер, а у Макса партнерша каталась ещё в юниорах, а ему уже хотелось большего. И мама Мксима ездила в Болгарию в командировку, увидела Албену и предложила попробывать покататься с Максимом. Так они и встретились, первый раз в Шереметьево, потом стали кататься. Спросили что-то про романтические отношения между ними, но как то я плохо расслышила ответ и ничего не поняла :bash: Вопросов было не очень много . потом быстренько перешли к фото и автографам. Я взяла сына в охапку и полезла без очереди. Максу очень идут очки . Я редко встречаю мужчин, которым так идут очки. У Албены очаровательная улыбка,но мне показалось (а может это и так и есть на самом деле) что она его старше. Я не видела Тимура в живую, но мне кажется, что им не стоит делать высокие поддержки. В следующий четверг должна быть Лобачева. Собираюсь пойти. Расписания четвергов на ноябрь ещё нет.


Well ‘ it was like this. Until the last moment there was an announcement that is going to be Averbukh. When people came at the rink ,somebody said that he is has Acute Respiratory Disease and couldn't come ,but instead of him we are going to have the young figure skating stars form Bulgaria Albena and Maxim. For me it was very pleasant surprise .I like very much Albena and Timur .In the master -class there were even more kids then in the class of Angel / she meant Tikhonov ,it’s a nick name the girls from the forum gave him/ and Masha /Petrova/ but the master-class this time was very short .At the end they showed us 3-4 lifts /here she has specific name in Russian wich means “ship” ,but I am not sure about the profesional term in English I guess they called it “spread eagle” or something like that /.Max of course is skating very good ,it was obvious that the rink was small for them , it is small indeed. I was late for the beginning ,because I had to take my little son to the lady’s room but I heard that there were questions about their Ice Age partners. Somebody asked them how many years they were in Figure skating. Max’s parents brought him to train when he was 4 years old,Albena started later at age of 8.Before FS she was in gymnastics ,which was a very popular sport /at the moment , it’s still popular IMHO/ in Bulgaria but she liked to watch figure skating so did her parents and this is how she get into FS. At first she was a single skater but she preferred to skate with a partner. They were skating for 11 years. Albena’s former partner left the sport , Max’s former partner wanted to continue to skate in Juniors but he wanted more. His mom was on business trip in Bulgaria ,saw Albena and asked her to try to skate with Maxim. This is how they met for a first time at Sheremetievo /An airport in Moscow / and began skating. They were asked about their romantic relationship but it was very noisy and I couldn’t hear the answers .There were not many questions and they started to give autographs and photos .I grab my son and skipped the waiting line .Max is very cute with glasses. I know very few man who look so good in glasses .Albena has an adorable smile but I think she is /I don’t know maybe she is/a little bit older than him .I haven’t seen Timur in live but I doubt that they can do upper lifts and they don‘t need it. Next Thursday the guest is Lobacheva. I want to go. There was no schedule for November .

I think she´s doing completely right! She has to fear nothing if Maxi is doing the lifts with her, Max can control what he is doing with her, but with Timur trying to make lifts...ups...I would be cautious too !!!
