Albena and Maxim in IceAge 3, season 2008/2009

I think we can open a new topic for the new "IceAge 3" season that will be starting in some weeks (September 2008) , because it´s better to have the new season seperated from the old one . And I hope we can fill this topic as much (or better more ) as the one for IceAge 2 !

Yes, Petra, of course it's ok It's a very good idea to open the topic, although there's still more than a month till the show starts. I'm sure this year it will be more interesting with the new skaters (Maaaaaax!) and I suppose there will be new rules as well. Unfortunately, we don't have anymore the Russian channel that broadcasts the show and I should search the vdieos in the net.

Thank you for the info girls.It is not a rumor anymore September is just few weeks away and maybe they already are training .Hopefuly their new partners in the show will be good .I am happy that Lena Berezhnaya and Katia Gordeeva are also in the project.Good luck to everyone

Does someone (of our Russians or Bulgarians ) know when IceAge 3 will start exactly? At the beginning, in the middle, or at the end of September? Is there a date given?

I know that some of the skaters and most of the non-professionals (actors, ...) began practising some weeks ago... I´ve seen e.g. pictures and a small video clip of Navka (with her new partner, I think ), but till now I found nothing if Albena and Maxim began with their training, too . Does someone know???

I can only say that the two previous shows began on the 1 September,so I think IceAge 3 will not be an exception.

Right,the show won't start on Monday,I suppose

The first saturday of September that means 06/09 The show will be broadcasted on this date, but the shootings will be early in the week, right?

Vania, I remember that last year the show always was broadcasted on TV on Saturdays, but they made the shootings on Tuesdays always. So maybe they will do so this year, too... And this would mean we might know (and watch ) something about Albena and Maxim on 02. September here in the internet!

In the two rows of photos, look at 2nd row, photo 2. Maxim has every move and every pose of what it means artistically and athletically to be a man. And Albena is nothing less than a World Queen of athleticism and art. They are so inspiring to the human spirit. Does anyone know if the Cinderella on Ice tour will appear anywhere in America? If not, where would be the closest place I could attend? I don't mean to be lazy, but we're in the heat of semester start-up at the college, and I'm so limited on time.

But I think you know that Albie and Max "only" made the choreography for this ice ballet, and are not dancing themthelves in it!

If you want to watch Albie and Max dancing live, you might have luck with the next IceAge tour. In the last season there was one tour date in the US with Albie and Max participating. So maybe you will have luck if this season it will be the same ...

The first attention I had ever paid to the art/sport was when I just happened to catch Albena and Max performing the Seven Deadly Sins on SkateAmerica. I was absolutely mesmerized with their athleticism, talent, skill, and beauty. Since then I've followed them through all of you and even visited Russia when the opportunity was presented because of the wondrous skills and artistic expression of Albena and Maxim. All of you have opened my mind to new horizons that make me want to learn and appreciate more about all of the countries that you represent. I would love to see Albie and Max perform live. And, especially to all in this forum, if you ever come to Southern USA, please know you have an open invitation to stay in my home. We would have so much fun! I'm in the field of education and would love to introduce all of you to the campuses under my perview. Sue, thank you! Me too, I'd love to see Albie and Max again. The show last year that I visited (4th of February) was one of the most magical experiences that couldn't be described! I envy to everyone who will have the chance to be at Ice Age shows and tours I'm sure, it's very esciting to be there.

I just checked two Russian forums, and there really one rumour chases the other. Here´s a selection of the rumours... Decide for yourself what you want to believe or not !

1) Maxim will be paired with (Tatiana?) Ovsienko. I think she´s a russian singer and ... ... looks like 40 !!!
2) Maxim will be paired with Tatiana Arntgolts. She´s, I think, a singer too (or an actor?), smaller than Max, looking fragile, and maybe would fit very well with Max...
3) Albena has already arrived in Moscow. She was seen with Maxim and Tatiana Arntgolts ...
4) Albena will be paired with someone called Rodriguez ... He shall be two cm smaller than Albie ...
5) Albena will not participate in the project because Averbukh only wanted Max or Albena to participate ...
6) ... and so on, and so on ...
