What do you think? To me this sounds as if Maxi and Tatiana are the perfect pair for IceAge.
I know that Tatiana first should be paired with Alexei Yagudin and that she trained with Alexei a lot, but that she did not feel safe with Alexei. And therefore didn´t want to skate with him!
Therefore she changed to Maxim. Now, with Maxim, I think I read somewhere, she said that she feels safe and is not afraid any longer (as she has been withAlexei) !!!

Besides: I checked all the Russian forums with a quick check, but I found nothing about Albena ...

Wow, I didn't know about that Well, she made the better choice, I think Although Alexei is a verrrry ggod skater, he dodn't skated in couple, besides his participation in Ice age, but Max did, and it's normal that she feels more secure with him He knows how to do the lifts safety and so on...

Yes, I found this in a Yagudin forum I sometimes visit for reading. The posters there were sure nearly two weeks before we knew who is skating with whom that Alexei will skate with Tatiana. Now they will have to deal with Valeria ...
And, Vania, the reason you guessed for the change, that Alexei is no pair / couple skater but that Maxim is, that is exactly the reason for the change from Alexei to Maxim. Tatiana said she feels safe with Maxim when he´s skating with her and is doing the lifts, but not with Alexei because he´s no pair skater... She said she knows now that she can trust Maxim and that he´s a reliable partner ... Astonishingly she said this exactly after the fall she had in training with Maxim! Maybe you remember the vid-link and my "joke" that Maxi should not let all his partners fall because this could become a habit... This fall and especially the way Maxim cared about her afterwards was the reason why she wants to skate with Maxim instead of Alexei!!!
Good conditions for skating together, I think!

SIMPLY GORGEOUS!!!! I've just saw Max and Tatiana's dance! Honestly, it was one of the best this evening They made two lifts from the 7DS. The music is Hijo de la Luna - very beautiful music that suits them so well....
