Awww... you were so cute, Lyra!!! You looked almost exactly like my friend, when she was little. Very funny! As Lerochka says, pinkish red hair does sound fab. But, we are both fans of red hair! Mine was red for about 2 years. Still is, actually. But, I'm trying to grow the henna out and re-dye it with real dye. And it takes forever! But, if I dye over the henna... my hair will turn green. Not so attractive.

Oh you were so cute!! Hehe...green might be a fun color!! My hair almost ended up blue, but I figured that would be pushing it... Hehe...the rest of my family seems to like the magenta hair better than the normal jet-black... I kinda like it too...but I know it bothers my mom because I am her only black-haired little girl...well, not so little any more but you get my point...it's kinda funny in my family because now we've got anywhere from almost bleach blonde (from my dad), to brown (somewhere from between my mom and my dad?!?), to black (my mom), to red (my dad's mom...), and now magenta and a very dark shade of blue...don't ask about that one...

Dark magenta hair! Sounds cool! I was dark red for about 2-3 years, now it's my natural color, but I want to dye my hair again, just don't know in which color. Certainly, not blond I would look like ... :mdr2: maybe dark violet - it isn't such a strange color...

Well, and I yused to have my hair red $ and black
and was going to have it blue (I LOVE blue and have everything blue), but my hairdresser said that they''ll turn into awful green in a week

Thanks. hehe. Green hair? I have an RG coach and a mother, who would not at all be pleased. Magenta is definitely fun. I'm not so crazy about blue hair. :| But my friend had naturally blue-black hair, it looked dark blue in the sun. It was really pretty, but she dyed it black, because she didn't like the blue tint. I didn't get it, because her hair was so gorgeous before. Oh well.

Yes. It's because henna is natural dye, so if you dye over it with chemical dye, your hair will turn green. Supposedly. I like the red, too.

It would be very cute to see photos of you, when you were little, Marina!!! I'm sure you were adorable.

Oh, thanks, sestrichka!!! I was absolutely in love with the dress that I was wearing, when I was 5. It had big yellow, pink and blue roses on it with a blue sash and big puffy sleeves. I thought it was pretty great. Now, I wonder why my mother let me wear it.

I liked ponies, too. When I was little, I desperately wanted a toy horse for my birthday. But my granny couldn't find me one. So, my she sent me a toy donkey. I absolutely loooved it. I named it Balloona. hehe. There's so many photos of me and my donkey!!! Very funny.

Definitely!
The skirt is nice. I like ruffles. My mom made me baby clothes, but never anything else after that. She made me leopard print overalls, when I was one years old.

Leopard-print, Lana? Oh well, can't say a word about it... My mom made this dress for me one time...it was pink with a bunch of ruffles and ribbons on it. I didn't really like it, but I wore it because I wanted to make her happy...and because I really like pink, just not ruffles and ribbons.

And is Balloona still alive, sestrichka? Balloona.. a nice name for a donkey! I remember I had a biiig toy carry I loved playing with it (I transported other toys with it ) and it has its own name Zhioltic or something like that

Okay, no one's waiting for me, but everyone's so cute I can't resist anyway. Speaking of people's mothers making their clothes, my grandmother made all my brother's and my dress clothes until I was about 6. Here's me when I'm about 2 and a half years old... I look like I don't like the dress very much.

I was, actually when I was little everyone said I resembled with my dad, but not now Now, I don't really look like my parents at all I look like my granny She has some gipsy blood..

It was the opposite with my mom's hair!!! She had verrrrry straight hair, but when she was 12 or so, she her hair them with something and they went very curly I always tortured her about what was this "thing" she washed her hair with, but she doesn't remember!!!
