Lerka's strange dream..

Of course they do. You are a lovely person and I'm sure this makes you a lovely teacher as well. If I woudn't talk to you everyday on the forum I'd be honoured to have you as my teacher. But I prefer being your "friend" (what word should I use? ), and talk to you daily like this. Although meeting you and all in person would be fantastic. And again, Alex starts dreaming about a future meeting.

Yes, it is!!
Well, perhaps all the arenas haven't got all the ideal conditions! Perhaps the organization, the schedules and the coaches aren,t the best
Perhaps young people here aren't attracted to this sport......yet!!

But there are still very good arenas! For instance ,Plushenko trains in Jaca, sooo...

I think it also has got to do with our way of life! Always outdoors...because of the climate!
Spain has enjoyed a very high standard of living in the past decade, sooo, people travel... practice sports that are in fashion now ...,
enjoy shopping sprees , go on holidays three ..four times a year... and spend most of the afternoons and evenings of the whole year sitting ouside of the cafes till two or three in the morning..

During the week ends they have football and bullfights..sooo , what can i say???

However there is soth good that is going to happen soon on state tv!

There is going to be a contest " MIRA QUIEN BAILE SOBRE HIELO"
Look who is dancing on ice...with skates!

I think that they got the idea from the States,but I am not
sure! People here like latin dances and there was a contest on tv " MIRA QUIEN BAILA " that was a huuuuge success!!

So , they decided to this skating one! I am really thrilled because I think it's going to be good for spanish young peole to begin skating in earnest!!!

It was at next TEB in Paris, and you (Alex) and me were among the public. But I don't how you come in Paris Alex ! But it was great !!!
So it was during ice-dancing competition. But Albie and Max didn't compete because they didn't stay... Buuuuuut... at the end of the competition, they skated !!! Not for the competition, just an exhibition for the fans.
Of course, it is one of my dreams, so it is strange : the man who announced them did a big mistake when he talked about Albe and Maxim's story. He said that Albena was Bulgarian, but he said that Maxim was French ! I don't know why... So, Alex and me watched to each other, very surprised !

After they skated, I went to toilets (yes yes... I think it was necessary) and Alex stayed near the rink. When I rejoined her, she was with Maxim and she talked with him. After, we saw Albena, so we joined her. I was very shy to ask her she signed a photo, but she was so nice ! I asked her if Alex could take us with my camera, but Alex didn't succeed to use it ! (sorry Alex, but it was very strange ! ). But Albena was very patient.

And... I woke up

So it is not extraodinary (and not as crazy as Lerka's dreams ! ), but I love my dream !
