Yes, Lana was very lucky because she resembled a Bulgarian flag. And you were all completely envious of her. I didn't realize that looking flag-ish is such a good thing! hehe. But, I do indeed sort of enjoy the fact that I looked like Bulgaria's flag!!! hehehe.

Yes, I'll tell her. hehe. The song is completely crazee crazee, but Chel-C is too. I suppose she doesn't have to be afraid of reactions, because I'm the one posting the songs for her. I guess if it got bad reactions, I probably wouldn't tell her right away. And it was very nice of Chel-C to let me post it!

Yeah, I did point this out to Chelsea, while she was writing the song. But she based the song off one specific interview, where it sounded like the opposite. hehe. Mostly, she refused to change it because it would mess up her "rhyming scheme". I told her, "But Chelsea, the song doesn't rhyme!" Chel-C denied this , "Shut up, Lauren!!! Maxiiiiim and queeeen do to rhyme!!!" So, there is my explaination for why the song is the way it is.

hehe. Well, our Lit teacher hasn't really been in class for the past couple of days. He usually says, "I'm going to go out of here for a while. Just... umm... write something while I'm gone." So, I was writing my short story and Chel-C was at the computer beside mine, so we were singing! I even taught another girl, Farrah the song. She didn't know what we were singing about, but she sang too. hehe.

I'm very curious, but do you ever mention Albena and Maxim to your students? I know I mention ice dancing in some of my school work. hehe. Not often... because you know I can't mention it in most classes like Math and Canadian History!

As a matter of fact I do mention them!!!
But not in class!
I mention them at the end of classes when we happen to stay for a while and talk about other things! Most of my students like to talk to me!

I can do it...because I am lucky enough to teach in a private school where most students come from privileged very well educated families and have other interests rather than football and crazy music bads!

And they are very receptive!!! They like to watch skating and ballet and classical music concerts along with flamenco shows and modern music!

Sometimes I wonder..or I think that it is a pity that our country that has ice arenas in almost every important towns even in the hot south, doesn't produce more skaters!! :scratch:There must be soth wrong there!

This spanish peculiar mentality that he is too hard to train so it is not worth the trouble has began to change, but it going to take a hell of a time to change for good!!!

Okay, so not in class! One of our teachers used to tells us maybe a bit too much, during class. He was very young though, 27 years old. I remember he told us about his personal problems, like how his girlfriend was moving out and such. :| Of course, this is not nearly the same thing as you telling your students about Albena and Maxim, after class!!! I think that's really fab and cool! It's so nice and not surprising that your students enjoy talking to you, dear!!!

Maybe, it helps that it is a private school, eh? I go to a public school (sort of the arts program costs money) and everyone I know has very diverse interests. It's very nice. It really depends on the school! One of my friends told me that I would get mocked so much if I went to her school, for doing rhythmic gymnastics and such. Her school isn't a really good school at all, though. Lots of problems there...
