Albena in the Stars on ice project

Yes,alexandra.Igor is Kwasimodo and Albena is Esmeralda.Overall from what i read in the show forum the audience did like the dance even with the mistake.According to witnesses Averbukh told them at the Kiss and Cry that he was impress with the beginning .Imagine how good it would be if it wasn't the fall.However everyone makes mistakes,i just hope Albie and Igor will have a chance to continue .It is so nice and fun to watch them.

Besides, when will we know if they can stay or not? Was it said in the show today or do we have to wait till next Saturday? Does anybody know?

Hi, Petra. We have to wait till Tuesday or Wednesday, when the shootings of the show take place. I hope so much that Albie and Igor will stay

I think this is their best performance so far. Technically, Igor skates much better. It looks like he put effort to learn new tricks.
And artistically, they appeared to be totaly into the characters. Did you hear what Tatjana Tarasova said about the marks. She said that if she gave them less her mom and sister wouldn't talk to her

Don't have time enough to read everything you've written here, girls, but I'll die, if I don't say that
1. Albena is gorgeous with her dark hair
2. Pelsh is (o'k, I won't tell who he is not to be kicked out of here).
3. I'm most likely to bite my TV next time Tarasova says how great Navka is.

Tarasova is a very professional coach, but she has a different taste for things. Probably similar to Navka's. On the other hand Albena is just a very classy lady. Her style is very clean, never overdone, just gorgeous.

It was gorgeous, just gorgeous,forget about the mistake,but the dance ,the song,the characters ,i think it is easier to play comic roles but .. Kwasimodo and Esmeralda it was a real challenge and they got it right.I don't mind the mistake and bow before Albie,Igor and Aberbukh for the choreographies and skating/really improving/

This video says that Igor had never been on skates before the show. That move that caused him to fall (plus I think his skate got trapped in his shirt) would be challenging for a new skater. People who have skated a bit, even if a teacher whouls notice right away that learning all these techniques in a month or so is not easy. Yet, they took risk, put some passion and the result is nice, never mind the mistake.
