When you upload the pic with imageshack, you'll see few options: hotlink for websites, show image to friends and so on ...
You must copy the first link - hotlink for forums (If I'm not wrong) and paste it in your message. You can click the button IMAGE above, before and after the link. I hope it will work!
But don't worry, if it doesn't it's already your turn now!
