Help! I was trying to order the book off the website last night (and I'm pretty sure they'll ship to the U.S. because they definitely calculated the Shocked

expensive

But then I couldn't figure out how I was supposed to pay for it. confused

None of the options seemed familiar. Usually I would just pay with a credit card, but I'm wondering if I would be better off with the ePay option?
