Hi Girls - i am very upset Crying or Very sad

as i cannot manage to download the video of the medal ceremony nooo

everytime i try to download it, it only plays the music and doesn't show the image??? Has this happened to anyone else?

Dear love2dance, that's because the medal ceremony is in avi format, maybe your player doesn't read it, you must chek it. I had the same problem with this type of files. The file must be in wmv format to watch it. I hope I was useful to you Very Happy

Dear love2dance, don't worry - this thing with the different types of files is really very complicated Rolling Eyes

For example, my pc doesn't read avi files, only wmv. And my DVD doesn't read wmv, but only avi's Suspect

To watch avi files, I think you must download something but I don't know what exactly. I hope someone of the other girls could tell, because I'm not useful at all Rolling Eyes
