Does anyone knows why Ina and Jury aren't in the list for the free dance?

And I hear a canadian team didn't skate in the Free dance...

Actually, two teams had to withdraw. The Canadian team (Lenko/Islam) had to withdraw before the FD because she has really bad asthma and the altitude in Oberstdorf combined with a virus she had was making it too hard for her to breathe. Then an American team (Samuelson/Bates) got injured during the FD... she had to have surgery on her hand.

But unfortunately for Ina and Yuri there's no rule that lets the next highest ranked team skate the FD (or the OD) if someone withdraws...

Yes, unfortunately. And Ina & Yuri just got new gorgeous smart costumes for the FD in Moscow a week before Oberstdorf. It's a shame they even couldn't show them to the audience...
