Game: what/who is this?

So....hard one you say?

1. He is a philosopher
2. His cause of death has something to do with a horse, although he didn't die because of it (legend, not sure if it is accurate)
3. He had some problems with God
4. He disagreed with Spinoza, Kant, Schopenhauer.
5. Among other themes he wrote about religion - idols, morality - good and bad, etc...
