September again only the hearing, the real trial will start again in a 30 days term after the hearing, then the sentence will be confirmed or given back to first instance; but Supreme Court can´t change the sentence, right? And after the sentence there´s again a 15 days term for appeal, this would mean the ways to Strasbourg???? (So the same lapses as always??)

Besides: In September the new IceAge project will start! I only hope IceAge and trial won´t interfere with each other!!!!!!!
